I love the tortilla one... On the chicken fried rice, a little tip, always cook your chicken with the juice of a lemon in the oven to save the prepping when raw, and then the chicken has a lovely lemony flavour too and is perfectly cooked, no browning, you can also cook the rice prior to the dish, it's the little things that make the dish.

Tip for the pasta. Before draining it, grab a cup of the pasta water and add it on the sauce. It makes it a bit more "creamier" And to make the icecream a bit thicker, you can use half a teaspoon of Guargum or Xanthamgun Other than that, pretty good stuff

Tip to add more flavor to boring rice and helps with meal prep: Basically you do like a hainese chicken rice. Boil a whole chicken with all the herbs and spice and use that fresh made chicken stock to cook your rice in. Not only is your chicken cooked healthier with no oil, but you also have tons more to meal prep now and your rice is elevated another level in flavor.
