This is exactly it. I wake up, run, exercise, study gor most of the day and go to a nearby monastery to pray. Simple and peaceful. Away from social media.

thank you for this. i’ve been struggling for the past week, trying to make the ultimate “productive” daily routine. this made me realise the importance of simplicity. KISS. now i just want 5 steps max in my morning and night routines. i’ll incorporate the rest as i go. i’d rather be disciplined + consistent at 5 things everyday than semi-committed to 15.

I really like anki flash cards. I read somewhere that it operates based on the forgeting curve, and it transfers learnt information to the long-term memory

Cool video bro! Though if you don't mind to help you: When you do push ups, you'll get greater benefits if you contract the shoulder blades strongly while doing slower reps. This is only possible if you go as deep as possible whereas in the video you'd stop at elbow depth

This is by far the BEST daily routine video I've seen. I'm definitely inspired by this. Hope to have the simplicity in my daily processes as well. Quick question - I saw you didn't mention any time for the different period of the day. Was that by choice? We are so used to people waking up at 5am for these videos, lol. Thanks again, brother!

Huge fan of easy runs. I did all of my running at 6:00/km for years. Ran my first half marathon where I really belted it and I ran at a 4:30 pace the whole time. Crazy@@jallmo

don't drink coffee for the first 90 mins after you wake up and when you eat something just eat dont read and eat together. be in the moment and appreciate what you're eating. it will be better.

i do pull e.g 3 x 10 then push 3x 25 then legs 3x 50 then do that everyday it takes little time. (: i will make a video but k boges channel is where i came across high frequency training

I try to just eat 3 meals around 50-80 grams of protein in each and thats all i track. i am 5,11 on a good day 80kg
