He is absolutely adorable. And how perfect his English language is - something I don't think comes naturally to a Japanese person. I follow Yuzuru Hanyu because he is also such a fascinating personality and I always smile so much when he tries to speak English.

I think he's disgusting and superficial. Gays are usually very intelligent, civilized, educated. He seems abusive, toxic, evil and likes pretending he's a 15 year old little girl with his "cute plush" teheheheheeheh. Whats he going to do when he's 50? Still act like a 15 year old girl with a plush toy? He has LOTS of internalized homophobia and hates himself which is why he looks and acts so emotionally stunted. Everyone should stay away from him. He shouldnt be allowed to be in a gay relationship until he realizes he's a piece of shit that needs theraphy.

I love this small house! I'm thinking of eventually buying property myself once I get PR/Citizenship. But probably not a house. I think I still like apartments better because I want everything in one space and I think as a single female, there's more safety because of things like the autolock in mansion buildings. But it's really interesting to see little details, especially things like the money talk. Thank you so much for this video!

Congratulations Meng🎉 Your house seems lovely! We in England🇬🇧 have a somewhat similiar situation with rubbish & recycling for most boroughs around the country set by their local council. We have 3 separate coloured wheelie bins: 1 for general household rubbish collected fortnightly; 1 for recycling i.e. plastic/glass bottles and tin cans (need to be washed) cardboard, paper collected alternate fortnights; 1 for garden/green waste once a month. There may be the various fees on top of your mortgage when purchasing a house but goodness Japan's interest rate is very low and a great monthly repayment too! Enjoy your new home.

Wow! I live in New Zealand. That house is cheap compared to buying a house here. You also need 20% deposit that you have saved up of your own money. It has so many modern conveniences and up to date technology and the way you recycle your trash is phenomenal. The house might be small but it has everything for a single person. Even a small family with two small children would be very comfortable there, especially if both parents are working. You could easily upgrade in a few years to a larger house. Thanks for showing us your house. I wish I could come live in Japan.

This is such a good video! I've been flirting with buying a house in the next few years, when I'm more settled, but now I don't know. The property tax, plus city taxes, plus having to take care of stuff and deal with all the issues personally if something breaks... It really adds up, money are responsibility-wise. I like the freedom of being able to decide after a year if I want to move on or not.

Great video guys. So many things to comment about, like WTF is that a second bath in the kitchen? Andrew's quicker than instant response to not been invited to the dinner. Meng's big reveal, that he loves the trash separation rigmarole! I think that one of the plus sides of owning a house is that you don't have the stress of maybe having to find a new place every time the lease expires.
