I also struggle with food addiction. I started intermittent fasting. First cutting breakfast out. Then opening that fasting window longer and longer till I reached only eating 1 meal a day. Now I am eating 1 day and fasting 24 hour or 48 then eating again. The fasting breaks the habbit with food and allows more control. I am so close to finally getting control of my relationship with food.

Watching this, I'm so sorry and I relate. I hope by now you have noticed a bit that eating raw or restrictive can trigger this cycle for you psychologically. I go through it as well. Just remember that eating kale salad and steamed beats is so healthy. Hope you're feeling better :)
