You seem to have gone a different direction on this channel! . I’ve been following you for years. Where is all the BDM for letting agents. Why have you pivoted into sales, self employed and other irrelevant various other bits that don’t get me landlords to fight for survival?This should give you an indication as to how long I’ve been following your content. Andy - thanks for your message. My BDM gold as you say is still there and still works. Write about the property market in your locality and highlight buy to let deals with competitors ... its a simple as that. Do that and you will win so big.
