okay so I noticed that my body would ache a lot throughout the days, something told me to stretch and I saw a previous video from you. When I started I was super nervous but when I finished, I definitely found results! This was amazing! My body doesn't ache like it usually does and I feel super energized! Thank you for being awesome!

It will hurt the first day but as u will keep doing it, your body will automatically be used to it and it will not hurt anymore

4:32 Guys here's an advice, the way to actually do this exercise is to make your heel touch the ground, have your other foot face forward up, and you have to balance yourself by stretching your hand out forward, that how you do it.

8:32 another way to do it. Try to make the front leg a right angle and lean over it. And there should be a hip that isn’t on the ground. Try to put that hip on the ground. It’s called the pigeon stretch.

I’ve been doing this stretch routine for a few weeks now and I was wondering why today in particular it seemed like I was holding the stretches a longgg time. Welp turns out my videos were still on 75% speed from practicing Kpop dances🤦‍♀️ Lol! Only me! Thought I’d share! Have fun stretching/dancing!💕

This is like my first time learning how to dance since I need something new to do during quarantine. Thanks for your stretching tips. But Im not flexible so the part where i put your legs together and put your head on the ground. i literally scream in pain. lol thanks again!!!

This is so helpful. I’m currently tryna learn the ITZY wannabe dance and the shoulder part was killing me especially with the pain I’d get in my upper abdomen. Stretching before I start dancing really helps-

Second lockdown for my country = coming back to dancing! Last time I danced it was 5 years ago and I miss it a lot because I had classical dance classes a year ago and remembered the fun of it. After lockdown I wanna join my friends on random kpop dances so here we go! I was dancing at home for a while but after 2 songs my side would start to hurt really bad. I knew I had some issues with breathing but I also noticed that if I rest for 10 minutes by just remembering some choreos and doing light stretchy moves, i would be ok! So here I am! Day 1 starts now!

I encountered this video while searching for stretches I can do before I try to dance to bts' anpanman and I just wanna say that this has helped me a lot. After the stretches in this video, my body felt really good and ready after all the weeks I haven't done anything such as exercise

Mmm... Is it important to stretch before dancing? I am 11 years old and I am flexible so i think no need for stretching in my situation luv ya❤️❤️

Hana Mohamed whether you are flexible or not, its good to stretch because it warms up your before learning. if you don't stretch, you could accidentally pull a muscle or cause a strain if you didn't warm up your muscles before. in my opinion, i think stretching is important, even if it's just for a few minutes, but everyone's body is different 💗

it doesn't matter if you're flexible or not. this isn't stretching so you can get more flexible, it's stretching so your muscles get warmed up so you don't pull them while dancing. it makes you less sore as well. i didn't stretch once before dancing for the same reason you're saying my bones and muscles hurt way more-

This is more easy then my dance teacher’s stretching (we dance jazz hiphop so a mix of jazz and hiphop) i wasn’t chosen to perform which is a good thing hehe😂 (thanks i didnt know i will help if you stretch)
