@@ministay 🥺 You’ll get it! Just keep practicing, once you learn one verse of a dance go to the dance practice (mirrored version), and put the lowest speed first, then the next lowest, then keep on going up one until you get to full speed and then go back to your dance. That helps me to remember the dance ^^ If it gets too difficult try subtracting one move and then try without that move. Once you get that you can add the move on after. These are some of my tips. One more time is to try and watch the dance practice multiple times to kind of remember the moves before using the tutorial. Then once you watch the tutorial you will know which part she’s teaching, and if you don’t know Korean or you do you can slowly sing the lyrics as she does the counts. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense I tried my best to make it understandable lol

Maniac 2. case 143 3. gods menu 4. back door 5.thunderous 6. fever 7. sugar rush ride every time i finished a dance my bones hurt like im a old women in her 90's but now im going to start using this stretch and see if it help!

Thank you so much for this video, it was really helpful and fun for me to do, i had some muscle pain after dancing, and i realized that i had to do some warmups before starting my routine. You might be saying “ well of course everyone should do warmups before dancing” i know that, but i’m still new on Kpop dancing, and i was so excited i couldn’t wait a second longer. When i first opened youtube i started looking for the best warmup to make me feel better, and your video was the first one i saw. I have been dancing for almost 4 yrs since i discovered KPOP back in 2018. And day by day,year by year i learn how to increase the fastness of my footwork cuz footwork is important for me,the first kpop song i danced back in 2018 was Spring Day by Bts. And that time,my body kinda improved,my flexibilty was tested so i danced for 1-2 hours,i even dance at night bcs i am bored. So yea,i am good at dancing,singing and writing songs and poetry. This stretchings rlly helped me,thanks!

@@eehan1769 ,well,for me. Just my opinion,cuz this rlly helped me,pretty much this rlly helped me improve my dancing skills. Just go w the flow of the music,let ur body do the work.. And do stretchings and practice how fast ur body can move,cuz sometimes most kpop songs needed more faster movements,for me,warm ur body up,do stretchings. And just try and try,and practice ur flexibility and stamina,if u rlly wanted to improve ur skills,practice for like 1 hour or more,even 30 min is good. Just train ur body 2x a week or even 3x a week and dont be discouraged! Ur a very talented person. For me,if ur footwork is good enough,try to work on ur flexibility and steadfastness. Cuz for me,flexibility,footwork,and stability is rlly important cuz this things can help u keep up w any songs. Idk if that rlly helped,but thats just my tips cuz those things rlly helped me.. If u wanna learn more,just try and try. Nothing's wrong w it,my friend!😊😊💗💗
