If I remember right that north wind off the Sahara is called a scirocco. I was in Wichita in 73 and had just bought a new white Pontiac. A high wind storm came up off the Gulf across Texas and picked up a lot of your red Texas dirt and blew it high up over Wichita. It then decided to pour rain and washed the dirt down. It turned my white car completely red!😮 😂😅😂😅 Ciao!

Oly, you’re a blonde!!! So cute! Such nostalgia Brad, watching you walk that back street at the beginning of the video. My son and I also walked that street while staying at your rental in April. We looked in the windows of the places with the vendisi signs. Sat on the steps of the church and ate gelato. The best trip and accommodation at the Tuscan Palace. I like the idea of wood flooring. Looks nice. As for underfloor heating. Imagine it can go under wood (without warping?) just as you can under tile perhaps?...BUT who does the underfloor heat install, the flooring people or alternate company working with the flooring company at install? Just wondering. I would hate to give up my infloor heating. It is wonderful, so I'd want to replicate wherever I end up. It's so nice to have.

Cam you tell me why the toilets are all do low to the floor? Here ( USA ), I'm used to them being higher off the floor. With sciatica, the low ones would be very hard to use.

Hey no problem. Maybe you know, I started a chain of custom Sofos stores in the United States called Buildasofa. Well owning that I had contacted an Italian manufacturer about doing some specialty leather pieces. When we bought our property here, I had them make all of my upholstered items, they’re in San Marino, the principality near Remini. I don’t wanna put his personal contact information here but just write me at Brads World [e-mail] and I’m happy to share it with you or anybody out there that needs quality furniture in Italy. By the way, it’s way too expensive to try to ship something from Italy back to North America . Even when we were looking to do container loads, we couldn’t work out the pricing when we included in the transport.

While you were at the bathroom store, did you notice if they had bidets that sprayed upwards? I don't like the faucet style bidets. In every video the bidets are always faucet style, and I am wondering if they sell the other style.

I didn’t take notice. However this bathroom store has access to EVERYTHING ever made. The showroom is immense but they also have a catalog service for hundreds of vendors.

My concern are all those steps to get up to the apartment and even once you are inside there are more steps. That's OK for someone under 60 years of age but over 60 it becomes an issue. .... Especially hauling up groceries
