Thank you for your words of wisdom on being grateful for the place and stage you are in and the blessings your have now. My husband and I are moving out of our first spot after a year and a few hiccups have come up creating a lot of tears and stress for me. It’s been hard to calm myself down. I know we will be ok and we have a game plan but it’s good to hear this to be grateful for what we do have and to thank God for what he has given up here and now.

I have scoliosis and a weak back, and I’ve heard that it’s not recommended for me to do bent over rows. Maybe there is another exercise you can do for those muscles. Have a great day! Athletic therapist and strength and conditioning coach here- Just want to let you know that running closely to a strength workout will inhibit your strength gains. A light biking and walking for 20 mins will not impact your strength gains.
