Yeah...I got annoyed too!! Usually, that is due to copyright infringement violations. Sometimes KZbinrs get flagged and/or even sued by the party which the video or whatever else is currently listed under, therefore some sounds or even clips are chopped up so it wouldn't get flagged...!!
