I'm at stage four (GFR 23) of my transplanted kidney from 4.5 years ago and have every symptom you have mentioned. The cramps on the feet at night are a real pain along with the constant urination. I've had every test known to man done in hopes of saving my transplant which was from a living donor. Good clean diet is definitely a plus and helps keep your BUN (Blood Urea Nitrogen). Hydration is key despite of fluid retention some type of exercise as well. In my case the Matrix cycle with articulating arms works well. It helps with my fatigue and stair climbing (one flight is plenty)! I'm older so I've also had to deal with skin cancer, mainly Basal carcinoma the most common on my forearm and head. Also my skin tears easily and I bruise very easily as well. My wife was expecting a new man after the transplant but didn't happen, nowhere near a new man. I've lost everything but I'm still here fighting. My main reason is my granddaughter who has seen me sick her whole life. And secondly my donor who I will never give up fighting because I will not let him down for his amazing act of selflessness. God bless you, you're an inspiration, you're brave and a great example of a strong young woman!

Omg!!! Thank you for doing this video because I have been experiencing all these symptoms. I’ve been telling my husband and doctor lately how my bones feel so hollow and gosh do they ache. This is my 3rd year of transplant and I feel so drained and tired. I was wondering if it’s just my luck others feel like this after a transplant, so it’s such a pleasure hearing from you. You are looking so beautiful and radiant! Thank you for always sharing your journey💞

Hi Cindy, I'm very sorry to hear that you're going through this, but just know that God is with you. I've had my kidney since 2005, and One thing I would like to say is God made us so unique that our bodies protects us from foreign objects, so with transplants we must be very careful. I pray the best for you, stay strong!🙏🏽

Cindy you look STUNNNG!!!!!!! Your Glowing!! What do you mean you have end stage again? You mean the symptoms with your transplant? Honestly I had a lot more energy on dialysis than with my transplant and I feel aches too which is something I'm NOT use to. I have always been a hyper child and an adult all my life so this is something I am not use to.

Please let us know about your diet. Would really appreciate it. I’m a kidney transplant myself. 16 years. My creatinine is 2.1 with 30% egfr. It’s disappointing tbh. I don’t feel motivated at all. Do you have bowel movement problem as well? I’m finding it hard to use the toilet.

you can remain stable with the proper diet! I will share it in my next video! I have been stable for 2 years! God bless :)
