My thoughts on Mercury Car Insurance increasing my auto and their explanation! No Accidents!

In 4 years rental duplex(2300ft) .. insurance was $1200 a year ,next year was $1800, next year was $3800, the next year it was $5700,, I finally was at the near breaking point..so increased deductible from $2000 to a $7500 deductible.... that large deductible drop the insurance back to$ 3600 a year,,, I own several other rental properties an insurance becoming quite worrisome for me!!!
