When I say "easy" I mean pretend you want to skip 15 mins a day. Allocate some time and leave your rope on your door handle. Final tip is train discipline as much as possible so you dont have to rely on motivation. Even when you feel bad you have to keep going.

With the point about nofap, I don't see any harm with it. Porn and lust in general will steal your energy but masturbating in itself is not inherently bad. Just as in many things there are usually two extremes, nofap and porn. Neither is right, there's a balance. Sexual energy can be utilized in many ways. I think having a wife or husband is the ultimate goal sexually but in the meantime you can't expect young men and women to completely abstain from masturbating.
