hey mate great vid and review ! what would be the alternative for induction gas range ? Would it be very different by roasting in a pot using the same method (constantly shaking) ?

Im glad you enjoyed the video! To answer your question, I am not aware of any roasters for induction hobs, you could use a pot and a spoon to stir it around but it would be difficult to get as consistent results as the beans are almost always in direct contact with the pot which could affect consistency throughout the roast. Alternatively, you could roast using a heat gun like this guy did > kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3u5dIuCgriZhMU However I don't know how safe it is 😅 If you do though let me know how it goes!
