@SophiaNicoleLoPresti4 жыл бұрын
Hello! Supposedly in france you cannot forbid animals so once you have a housing contract there is not much they can do. However if you mention you have an anunal chances are they won't give you the apartment. What I have said does not apply for dogs under the dangerous category. Hope this helps if you need more info feel free to ask.

@@gracerose7017 oh yes you are fine! It's certain breeds. My advice is to visit the flat and don't say anything and afterwards once you have signed your contract they can't do anything. When signing your contract you will notice that there is no mention in it about dogs. Glad I could help.

Honestly I don't think you made the best of that place. If you'd put your sofa bed where the yellow cupboard is, I can see there is space next to it where you have stuff just piled up, facing the window, and pull it out at night so your feet are in the lower part, and put a TV on the low cupboard unit under the eves, you'd have a nice living space. Perhaps get rid of the clutter like the horrible deckchair too. I reckon if you had got rid of the yellow cupboard then you could have had a small dining table with stools/chairs on the right where your sofa was. Something minimalist and small. Also having so much stuff out makes the place look cluttered. For 1 person it would be fine, but I can see for 2 it's a bit of a squeeze though.

I simply don't imagine if there is a fire in these types of "apartments" how the people would survive!! It should be illegal that the landlords have people living in such unsafe conditions. This apartment is a little better that others that I have seen, where is almost subhuman to live. I cannot imagine the students try to study and live in these types of places. Paris, it's better to visit it as a tourist instead of living there. I'm very disappointed.
@kasiasowik76262 жыл бұрын
If you want to live somewhere else you are free to go. Those appartements cost more than 100 000 euros, not everyone can afford a bigger one and not everyone wants to live outside Paris. It's a choice. I'm gonna buy one for myself and I'm not sorry at all and I don't think it should be illegal 🙄
