Battlefront II is God tier. My brother and I played co-op galactic conquests so much. Everything about the game is basically perfect. Great video as always.

I have been playing LOTS of Starfield and I’m progressing through the game, incredibly slowly, because I just love getting lost in the worlds, exploring where I go, picking up a little side quest to help random characters I meet along the way. I have no idea how far away I am from the end of it, but this might be a top 10 game of all time for me.

I loved space combat sims back in the 90s, so two of my favourite space themed games are Tie Fighter and Descent: Freespace.

I have to say Doom, Black Stone Aliens of Gold and Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire were my favorite memorable space games. I remember playing the level in Shadows where you controlled Dash's space ship and had to fight off the empire in space and was blown away by what seemed to be an endless world with never ending enemies pulled straight from a star wars movie. A couple of my favorite space ( Star Wars) games were Tie Fighter and The Old Republic. Yeah, I played many MMO's over the years. So much so I was a QA tester for one for five years. I could probably do several list of space games on different platforms. The number of space arcade games I've played is probably quite the number.

If you want more 40k, I would also ask what genre. You have 3rd person shooters in Space Marine and the sequel. You have a boomer shooter in Boltgun. Rogue Trader is a CRPG based somewhat on the old Fantasy Flight TTRPG system that you would need to pirate to play. Daen of War 2 is a more squad based RTS game instead of the scale of the original Dawn of War, and the last in the Dawn of War series. I haven't played any of the other games.

I just play them in order. One of the best experiences I've had was with Final Liberarion Epic Warhammer 40K, SUCH a great game.

Fantasy Zone Doom would be on here if i had yet played the OG Doom on DOS, but i want to do so, make no mistake, the Doom games and their community full of WADs have my interest peaked.

You should try Aliens VS. Predator for the PC. For me, it was an excellent game! You get to play as an Alien, Predator, and Space Marine. The second one was pretty good too!

Privateer! Spent soooo many hours on multiplayer, one of the only multiplayer games I’ve ever played and also my first experience with mods (I was flying the Millennium Falcon). You told me there’s still a player base for those games right? Loved them!

If you played Jedi Power Battles on the PS1, I’d agree with your assessment. Play the Dreamcast port. There’s also a remaster coming out on January 21st or 22nd.

I absolutely love KODOR except I did not understand at that time about saving in more than one slot so I ended up getting myself in an unwinnable situation right after a recent save about 3/4 of the way through the game and it made me so mad that I could never get past that part that I never finished the game

If you’ve talked about it on your long streams, I don’t have time for that, so I would’ve missed it. What is your background working in gaming?

I was just a QA guy. At the time, EA had testing center down in Baton Rouge, and it operated through Tiburon. I did QA for Alice: Madness Returns, Need For Speed: World, Madden 11, NHL 10, and Monopoly on the Wii.

Yeah, but that story is plagued with what-ifs, Free Radicals was supposed to work on Battlefront III after Pandemic was absorbed by BioWare, LucasArts then shut down, and Free Radicals was left with like....99% of the game being done, just awaiting final bug testing.

What is the deal with video game manufacturers adding the suffix “Fall” to the title of their games? Nowadays, we might as well be calling these games “Ideasfall” and “Qualityfall” and “Iamnotgonnaplaythispileofshitfall” and “Tohellwithyourdeifall” and “Masslayoffsfall”. I have a Raspberry Pi 5. I mostly have all that I need. No shade intended to be thrown at your beloved text adventure games.
