The feet together drill must be the gold standard of all drills. You demonstrated how it helps with coordination and rotation in place. It also helps remind us that arm swing is important and you cannot overuse the body while doing this or you fall over. Nice work.

Great video, I will certainly be giving those drills a try. FYI I have had lessons recently from my club Pro. but for whatever reason I haven't seen much improvement.

Your pro is probably teaching the old method that is full of tension and complicated position swings that mimic a tour professional which aren’t what the amateur or beginner needs to learn. They tell you this is the correct and only swing in order to produce a successfull drive. The problem is that everyone is built differently and with different levels of ability. Certainly not as the tour pro hitting hundreds of balls a day, every day.

Yes, I think that all of us should have concentrated a little more in school. These days I rely heavily on the App Grammarly, my spelling was never that good but these days it's pretty shocking!
