Love the taco balls idea! I'll have to try the others as well. I make party wings in my air fryer by making up dip of 2 eggs a splash of water and a splash of heavy cream. After dipping they get rolled into a pork panko with smoked paprika, garlic and hot chili pepper flakes. Air fry at 400 degrees 12 min on the 1st side and 10 on the flip side. Absolutely THE best ever!

I made your taco balls. I had 5lb of brisket in my freezer that needed to be used so I set up my meat grinder, ran it all through and used about 1.5lb of it to make these. I didn't have chili powder so I used ground chipotle. It was great! I stuffed them with jalapeno jack and manchego cheese :D

I made the Taco Balls, and they were amazing. The only thing I would add is either an egg or some crushed pork rinds as a binder. Most of the meatballs opened up while cooking. I just so happen to be In The market for a new airfryer. 😊

That's a great idea! I think you would just use italian seasoning and maybe some parmesan in the meat mix and then maybe a tiny bit of Rao's marinara in the bottom of the bowl with some more parm on top? Not technically "carnivore" but pretty darn close!

We have the Dreo Chefmaker combi fryer, it does all of that but has a feature that cooks with water atomization so your steaks and such have sous vide flavor taste. It makes a mean filet mignon!

Meatballs are easy for me to prep and freeze. I made meatballs with pepperoni and mozzarella mixed in. I should have added a little Italian seasoning. Next time. I dipped in a little pizza sauce. Not carnivore, I know. But, I figured if I'm not eating the dough, it's still a healthier option.

Thank you! I have always used spices. If you don't have severe autoimmune issues or sensitivities, I dont think its a big deal to use spices. Just be sure to get high quality ones :)

Tip for Americans since thanks to your funny nutritional labeling and serving sizes many of you may not know this. Spices are very high in calories, and carbohydrates. 100g of smoked paprika has about 300kcals and 55g of carbs. Some spice mixes and can go as high as 600kcal/100g and its really not a problem to use 20+g in one meal. The airfryer seems to be good, I wonder how good is the slowcooker option. Sadly doesn't seem to be available in Europe

Thanks for the conversions! I havent tried the slow cook option yet, but I am working on some more air fryer recipes that will utilize that feature so I will let you know. I think they are just available in North America for the time being, but they are growing so hopefully they will be available in Europe soon :)

The little finger tabs on the muffin cups are genius! I think the rack comes in handy to get a darker crust on a steak while still keeping the med-rare inside maybe?
