Same with Indian Oil Axis CC. They haven't credited points since the last 3-4 months. I called the customer care and got them on line after 150 tries. They picked and told system is having issue. I asked them when it would get resolved, they just told, date isn't confirmed. I didnt ask more, no use talking to dumb people who does the axis support.

It's because Amazon Pay ICICI gives 5% cashback to prime members. As he has HDFC Infinia Card, he gets Amazon vouchers for ~16% discount. Amazon Pay ICICI is useless for him. Useful for others who don't have a premium card like HDFC Infinia. Still if you're ready to go through the hassle, any normal HDFC card gives you a Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc gift card for min 5% discount
