I honestly never push my upper body that much to really go higher in weights. So I still do about 3 sets 12 reps, because it’s still challenging for me. I do push my back workouts.

Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce. You can’t tell your body where to lose weight. Where you lose weight first is honestly genetics. There’s no exact way to know.
