I stumbled upon your content and I love it! Thank you! I lost about 80 pounds in 2018 and moved out of state in 2019 and it messed up my whole routine I’ve been at 235lbs for the last few years and I’d lose 15lbs and I’d gain it back….now I need to lose 50lbs praying for strength! My problem has been I start strong do it consistently exercise 3 to 4 times a week for 2 months or so then life happens stress of work being a nurse I work 12hrs can be very stressful and tiring motivation declines then I fall off I find myself always starting over gotta learn to see this through push through the hard times stay committed and in routine 😊😊

Yes! I feel you so much on the staying motivated. For me being a nurse and mostly single mom is not easy, I find myself always wanting to commit to changing my lifestyle but do it temporarily and then right back to the habits I had before. I'm going to take it one step at a time and do what works for me, that has included moving away from the 12 hour shifts they were too much. As a nurse, I want to be an example of what we teach our patients to be and actually live the part! I'm hoping to have a much better work life balance to commit to being the best version of myself for me, my little one and others who I can hopefully inspire one day

Getting hard is always the hardest part. Definitely more committed to everything but MY healthcare. Saw your recipes on IG, went down a bit of a rabbit hole and landed here. I actually do better when I go to the gym. However, getting to the gym is a challenge. But here's the thing, I have survived: 2 very difficult deliveries with my kids (now 22 & 16), going back to finish undergrad (pregnant, then with a toddler), grad school (with 2 kids with VERY busy schedules) and a whole host of other health challenges. The most important thing to remember is that I am still here!!! My son is about to be my workout partner (Hubby will join in once we start... he's normally the catalyst but this time it will have to be me). Already so appreciative of what I've seen you post just in the little time I've been going through your content tonight. I needed to find you today. 😊

@Mishlovee I'm trying to losing a good amount of weight before my birthday in October I might join a gym trying talk my husband into joining gym with me so we can do it together gym I usually stay consistent it's at home where I have the hard time staying consistent but I know consistent is always the key to see results
