Las especialidades culinarias de MADRID son : EL COCIDO MADRILEÑO , LOS CALLOS A LA MADRILEÑA , y EL BOCADILLO DE CALAMARES .y el desayuno típico de MADRID ; un café con leche o un chocolate caliente ; con una tostada (pan con mantequilla ), o porras o churros madrileños .

Y los entresijos, y las gallinejas, y las patatas bravas, y las gambas al ajillo, y las torrijas, y los suizos, y las rosquillas tontas, listas y de Santa Clara (no me gusta ninguna), y el roscón de Reyes... más todas las especialidades castellanas. Pero en Madrid se puede comer de todo. Incluso las mierdas de las cadenas americanas de comida basura, aunque deberían estar prohibidas por atentar contra la salud y, sobre todo, contra el buen gusto.
