Back in 2006 a neighbor gave me a Millennium Falcon with the Star Wars box. He said his friend was going to throw it away, and he knew I collected Star Wars toys, so he grabbed it. I looked through it, and saw it was only missing the cockpit canopy with glass, and the false floor. It still had the training ball, and everything else. In 2014 I finally decided to look for a new cockpit and false floor to complete the ship. So, looking at the ship to make sure I didn't need anything else I found the false floor stuck to the back of the removable top piece! It had been there the whole time! I didn't have the Millennium Falcon as a kid, so I didn't know there was a place to store it. I took the top off several times in that 8 years, and never saw the false floor mounted to the removable top piece. Paid $24 for a canopy with the glass, and completed the ship. I did have to take it apart to get moter moving again, but for $24 had a complete, working Millennium Falcon in the original 1978 box! My Falcon does have that outline in the plastic to show where to mount the false smugglers floor.

Complete, one and flog the other... That way, you have your childhood one and a completed one... and space for something else.

My original stickers were dry & crumbly with the surface turning to dust.
