Avocado oil has a higher smoke temperature, olive oil is better to use with uncooked foods or cook at a lower heat.

Its great to know that the both of you are Using butter when ever possible over oils , and using olive oil on fish and other meats on low heat ,or right before removing from cooking it . Using olive oil on my steamed vegetables ,and salads is better than those chemical ,Salad dressings .Those salad dressings are mostly filled with MSG , and sodium.

I'm researching moving back but as a disabled person I have to find a place with infrastructure , hospital and doctor access that takes TRICARE and be close enough to the Manila VA clinic. All I can come up with is living close to Clark. Still researching though waiting for the wife's citizenship and Dual citizenship to go through.

You can fry with Extra Virgin olive oil. Just not at high heat. Mediterranean countries like Italy do it all the time. And please get Chrissy a bigger knife!

Olive oil good to make chicken in wok put bit butter with the olive oil so nothing burn ,do vegitals ,then put cream after the cream put cerry ,Kurkuma and smal amount of Sambal ,then mix the rice in it and its ready ,so olive oil stil good for alot things ,that meat so cheap there ,here in Belgium we pay for that 100+ euros there only 14 euro lol
