My Underground Studio Complex Tour

There is an underground complex beneath my house in Las Vegas that I turned into a photography video studio. Took me almost 3 years to do it. The house was built in the tail end of the cold war. Three presidents have visited it and it was used for presidential fundraising. The entire property is quite unique. Enjoy this peek into an underground world where a photographer can go crazy!

What people don't think about when they wish they would have all this stuff is how much of a hassle it is. It really is a lot of work to get all of this set up, organize, clean, make sure that it goes where it belongs when you pick it up... Sure, I'd love to have a Batcave like this but it makes my head spin when I think how organized you have to be to not make it a complete mess after a month. Great stuff, it really is awesome to see that you're not overly attached to all of this!

It was very interesting to see this. Your facility is a greatly scaled up version of what I use to make videos. It's amazing how much space is needed to store equipment and props. I can appreciate the wisdom in scaling down equipment as much as possible for projects on location. The labor necessary for projects is so underestimated by the audience.

It was built in 89. It might be an eccentric house but most historically preserved buildings need to be much older.

You are Awesome and I like your channel because it's so different from all the other channels about photography endlessly only reviewing the latest DSLR models coming out. I have 3 main cameras for videos and stills. My most expensive one is my Canon 5D mark III. I dont use have of the York features on it. I got it because I wanted at least 2 cameras that are fu frame. My other one is a 35mm Canon Rebel G film camera. I have those so when I put a 50mm lens on it will be just that. 50mm. Not cropped into 80mm and etc. My main camera right now is my Canon 90D. That's my go to grab and go. It's a nice swiss army knife. It does it all fairly well. My last camera is a Canon Vixia R300. A cheap 250.00 HD camcorder. I use it for filming road trips. Although I do have a dash cam for that as well. But I cant aim and zoom my dash cam diffrent directions while driving. You have more gear than I'd ever need. Although those small Samsung cameras you showed off in the one video are pretty cool and I could adapt my Canon lenses to them. I also dont own any lens over 200.00. I learn to work with what I have.

That was/is F**king AMAZING! The Cesar Place of Studios, Lights & Gear!! I was a Professional Photographer for my entire life and I did the same thing adding 1400 sq ft onto my home.
