Goodevening! I made this meal this weekend and my, my, my it was absolutely delicious! The quinoa fried rice was a game changer for us. We loved it. I was also so surprised at how tasty the tofu was. Definitely a keeper recipe. Thank you for sharing another great one.😊

You can but it might be best in the in the oven 👍🏽
