Looks good I just made one out of 1.5 inch high bright polished anodized aluminum with oval exit coming out the top lengthways, it's basically weightless, good heat sink and beautiful, and the power and snap Is undeniable, uncle harve I sent you pics on email

I own the cs 590 and got rid of the front half welded a flat metal, no baffles bolts on the same with short 3/4 ID pipe outlet. Iron Horse said 3/4 right for 60 cc.

Hi Mr Brisco could you please disclose the final length of your pipe to us? I have built a few pipes of various designs but before I built any I researched the math involved in building a traditional motorcycle style expansion chamber and once I had that calculated I broke it down into a length divisible by the overall length that would fit behind the dogs. I think it ended up being very close to 3" so I just went with that length on all my pipe builds and varied outlet locations and chamber designs I'm just curious to know what you found about the optimum length by actual live data, thank you sir!

Hey Charles nice looking pipe....is it correct to think this pipe besides being less restrictive than a stock muffler and losing heat that way it will also lose more heat opening up an air space where the stock muffler once was...this should do a lot helping a saw run cooler and extending cylinder life. Great video

Have you seen the ones for sale on eBay? They look good but just curious if anyone has tried one to see if they make power or just noise

What about just the muffler mod for a CS-590 without porting?

What is the overall length? That works the best for the 590/600/620’s
