Volunteers of America. The last Tuesday of every month is 50 percent off everything but the new ticket items. I love the one on North Hamilton Rd. I too, moved here 2 years ago. Ohio Thrift is also, a good thrift store.

Pickerington has a great thrift store, Volunteers of America. Gahanna has a nice Goodwill. And if you feel like going on an hour long road trip, Dayton also has some pretty cool thrift stores locations. I think the best place to find furniture in Columbus is at the thrift store on Indianola Ave (Clintonville area), I think it's a Volunteers of America store. Have also found great furniture items at Ohio Thrift located at Cleveland Ave/161 aka Dublin Granville Rd (North side). And one other location I enjoy but sort of small is the Goodwill on Brice Rd (East side). I think I've seen a goodwill location in Dublin a while back but can't remember where exactly it was located.

I live in Columbus Ohio too and you saying you're not even going to try to act like it's peaceful in the background is exactly what I needed to hear to start my channel. I have everything set. Name, content, etc but I'm a perfectionist so if I feel things aren't perfect I'll hold back on starting which in turn leads me to never even start or it'll be years until I do! I'm in my own way. Could also be being new to stay at home mom life, the chardonnay and being a mom of a 2 year old and 11 day old that's got me ready to make enough money to hire a nanny from time to time 😂😂

Here are some of my favs ❤ -St Vincent on Main St in Reynoldsburg -Ohio Thrift on E broad in Whitehall and off 161 -Goodwill in Whitehall and Canal Winchester -Volunteers of America off 256 close to the kroger in Pickerington 😅😅😅😅 I have more but I frequent these the most hahaha hope that helps

There is a Habit for Humanity MidOhio Restore on Westerville Road. Thrift Store on Indianola Avenue north of Oakland Park Avenue in Columbus. Thrift Store, which might be a Goodwill store off of Sawmill Road next to Ollie's.

the big shelf with the rod is to display plates.......there should be a groove on the shelf that the plates would stand in. Pretty sure that is what that is. You got some great things really cheap!

Great finds! I had a friend move from Calif to Georgia. She had her cars towed as well. However, she filled her cars with as much household, decor, small furniture as possible to save on the move and not leave anything behind.

We did the same. We were towed the trailer would be big enough for everything we listed. Well that wasn’t the case. Things happen for a reason and we are very thankful for it all 🙏🏿

You must have great thrifting stores in your area! We have finally purchased our forever furniture that can be reupholstered before the frames will ever go. I’m in my early 60s so I’ve waited a long time (ie: made tons of decorating mistakes) for what I really wanted and I’m at a point that I no longer want the trends, I want the gems such as what you’re finding). Embracing that our “passed down from parents/grandparents” wood pieces now brings happiness and warmth to our home. I plan that our future decor additions will be thrifted/carefully curated. I’m a newer subscriber (probably 3 - 4 days ago) and am loving your family/healthy food choices/seeing you make your new house a home and just your overall peaceful nature and real-life videos. I’m hooked!

Hello family hey I just wanted to give you some advise so that you do not regret throwing your beautiful things away so here are some ideas industrial storage shelving rack like maybe be the 5 tier ones in reuse some of your storage containers in label them as to what you put in the like all those beautiful kitchen appliances and gadgets store them in the garage until you redo your kitchen in the same with your home decor and you could also use a five shelf storage system in your kitchen it seem like the wall opposite the oven could fit a medium size one you can store your pots and pans in some kitchen gadgets I have a big one in my kitchen it holds a lot all my pots and pans and a whole lot of my baking pans in dishes and my gadgets which I have a lot in there original boxes to keep it neat looking, anyway I hope that this info was useful and I am happy that I stumbled on to your channel good luck on your home renovations God bless you and your family and I look forward to seeing so much more of your channel.
