My favourite amiibo is sora because i was so happy about him finally getting in smash and he released on my birthday so that makes it extra special to me.

I have 3 Animal Crossing cards, from the unpopular Wii U game, and the 2 amiibo that came with it, got it cheap. I also have the Mewtwo amiibo card, and over 20 of the other types, the figure ones.

@@Rowndlet The Wii U game Pokkén Tournament came with the amiibo card, scanning the card would give a Shadow Mewtwo for 24 hours, unless the game is beaten, which unlocks Shadow Mewtwo.

I have exactly...no Amiibos. I don't know how they even work. Can a Switch "detect" them? I would only want MAYBE Luigi and Yoshi, Mario can go die (JK but I am a Luigi guy) and Final Fantasy ones- the rest, it's just crap to clutter my home, in my own view (I move a lot, so space matters).

Dude yes those Amiibos can detect on the Nintendo Switch all you got to do is place your Amiibo onto your controller and then the Nintendo Switch console can read it
