Subject: The Divine Accountability of Leaders: God’s Authority Over All Rulers Dear Mr Civial rights lawyer I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share some thoughts that I believe are essential for anyone in a position of authority to consider, especially those who wield influence over public policies, laws, and social standards. God has established His authority as supreme, and all leaders are ultimately accountable to Him for how they govern His people. Scripture repeatedly emphasizes that government officials and leaders should act as servants of the people, upholding justice, fairness, and compassion. Leaders who abuse their authority, ignore the needs of the vulnerable, or make unjust laws violate God’s clear instructions, inviting not only public dissatisfaction but also divine consequences, as we see in Scripture. Here are a few key biblical passages that illustrate the principles of righteous leadership: God’s Demand for Justice and Humility in Leadership Isaiah 10:1-3 - "Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees... What will you do on the day of reckoning?" God makes it clear that leaders who enact oppressive laws or ignore justice will face a “day of reckoning,” underscoring the consequences of unjust governance. The Role of Leaders as Servants of the People Psalm 82:3-4 - "Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy." This passage urges leaders to prioritize the well-being of those who are often overlooked or mistreated. God’s desire is for leaders to champion the needs of the weak, the oppressed, and the vulnerable. Warnings Against Corruption and the Abuse of Power Jeremiah 22:13-17 - "Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness... They do not defend the cause of the fatherless; the widow’s case does not come before them." Leaders who build their positions on unrighteous foundations, exploiting others or neglecting justice, are warned of impending judgment. History shows us, both in the Bible and beyond, that rulers who neglect these principles ultimately fall. Consequences of Ignoring God’s Authority Deuteronomy 28:15-25 - This chapter outlines the blessings and curses associated with obedience to God’s commands. For leaders who disregard justice and choose oppression, curses such as “disease, drought, and disaster” are mentioned as a natural outcome of turning away from God’s laws. It is clear from these scriptures that God’s design for authority is meant to uplift and protect. Leaders should serve as reflections of God’s justice and love, ensuring that they govern with integrity and a commitment to the common good. Ignoring these principles does not come without consequences. The Bible frequently illustrates that leaders who turn away from God’s commands open themselves and their nations to various forms of divine judgment, whether through disease, natural disasters, or social collapse. Just as Nebuchadnezzar was humbled for his arrogance (Daniel 4:27-32), leaders today who exalt themselves and disregard justice may face humbling circumstances. In sharing these scriptures, I hope to offer a perspective rooted in timeless truths. Authority is entrusted by God, and leaders will ultimately answer to Him for their actions. I urge you and others in positions of influence to consider this divine accountability and strive for a leadership that mirrors God’s heart for justice, compassion, and humility. Thank you for taking the time to read and reflect on these passages. May God guide and strengthen you in all your endeavors to serve the people with integrity and wisdom. Sincerely, Steven so if they don't take not the punishment is death. from the ultimate authority YhWh if the government dont follow Gods laws and disease and feminine and floods and disasters fill the land i expect to be able to hold them accountable and to be able to go to a solicitor to claim compensation for the land they have caused to become wicked and full of disease . the fact that i can not is unjust in itself as God says do as his people tell you. Sing to the Lord a New Song Psa 149:1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints. Psa 149:2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Psa 149:3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp. Psa 149:4 For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation. Psa 149:5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds. Psa 149:6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand; Psa 149:7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; Psa 149:8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; Psa 149:9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. It is legal testamony and proven false by the video. There is ZERO doubt however that the county prosecutor would go after him for the issue. Odds are the County or City will dismiss the charges and probably pretty quick now that the video has gone viral. So, he has the defense that his testimony was irrelevent and he would have a point. . .but the fact that he inserted himself with a violent police officer assulting a teenager and against his own neighbors? We have all had a neighbor like this clown. Crazy as Bat dung. . .thinks he is saving civilization singlehandedly. Annoying as the day is long but little you can actually do about it.

EDIT: The cop's body camera is too close to everything to be able to see if the kid is resisting or not. If the only video was his body camera, the courts would believe the cop. By way of continuous nation wide media exposure.... and... **undercover investigations** conducted by media and news organisations about the police officer himself and or the police precinct he belongs to. Relentlessly appeal to the FBI and DOJ and continuously expose the officer by way of social media platforms and hound the violent minion to no end. Also use the judicial system but be aware that the judicial system will most likely fail the victims of police brutality and violent force perpetrated upon the citizens by the minions and miscreants of the police state. Even if a cop is about to be fired. What happens often times is the police agency, city or county will offer a clean record agreement. The San Francisco Chronicle did a investigative article about these clean record agreements. What happens is that the police agency will seal the records of any bad action done by a cop. So the cop can continue get another job at another agency. They need to strip away their law enforcement certification.

@straydeviareАй бұрын
@@ERDoc741 well unfortunately for the legal Society our forefathers came up with something called inalienable rights. And if they don't start behaving correctly the general rule of law will be applied on principal. Unconstitutional Official Acts 16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256: The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be In agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows: The General rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it's enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted. Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it..... A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the lend, it is superseded thereby. No one Is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it. Jon Roland: Strictly speaking, an unconstitutional statute is not a "law", and should not be called a "law", even if it is sustained by a court, for a finding that a statute or other official act is constitutional does not make it so, or confer any authority to anyone to enforce it. All citizens and legal residents of the United States, by their presence on the territory of the United States, are subject to the militia duty, the duty of the social compact that creates the society, which requires that each, alone and in concert with others, not only obey the Constitution and constitutional official acts, but help enforce them, if necessary, at the risk of one's life. Any unconstitutional act of an official will at least be a violation of the oath of that official to execute the duties of his office, and therefore grounds for his removal from office. No official immunity or privileges of rank or position survive the commission of unlawful acts. If it violates the rights of individuals, it is also likely to be a crime, and the militia duty obligates anyone aware of such a violation to investigate it, gather evidence for a prosecution, make an arrest, and if necessary, seek an indictment from a grand jury, and if one is obtained, prosecute the offender in a court of law.

So, as a Meridian resident, my taxes are going to pay a justifiable and sizable amount to these young men, the cop moves away, and everything gets hushed up? Reminds me of why I left the Catholic Church… Thank you for exposing this. This man needs to be tracked!

One of the worst cases of abuse and tyrannical behavior. That cop and those who were assisting him all need to be charged and held accountable. Please keep us updated.

Cop gets fired in California, so he goes to perform the same crimes in Idaho? Surely the police departments have records of their staff? The police chief must be held accountable!

From both the police offices, CA & Idaho. That may have been during the law, you're not allowed to ask. About departure from a work place. Only those who have negligence, in my opinion. (Sorry this is a winded comment.😊) Most people are proud to put down their present achievements and skills.
