Interesting story for R5 of Strangest official coverage: Google executive Dan Fredinburg was behind a lot of the mountain official coverage we got around that time, including the coverage near Everest and Kilimanjaro. He was planning on covering all of the seven sisters, but unfortunately was killed by an avalanche in Nepal before completing all of them.

Trying to guess the reasoning behind the cursed rounds: 1: Not sure, maybe the New Jersey Devil cryptid since it's supposed to live in the Pine Barrens? EDIT: Looks like it's near the Harrisville Ghost Town too - abandoned village 2: Next to a memorial for the Ludlow Massacre 3: Donner party as you guessed 4: Creator of the Blue Mustang statue was killed when it fell on him while he was building it 5: Maybe the Poughkeepsie tapes film or Kendall Francois murders?

Info about the last cursed round at Denver airport: this statue is lovingly called "Blucifer" as it is a bright blue horse that has bright red glowing eyes at night. The statue was commissioned for the airport but is cursed because while it was being made, it fell on the artist and killed him. So someone came through and finished it and it was still put at the airport like nothing happened lol

Looking for this comment, yes, it’s true. The artist was crushed by one third of the statue in his studio in Hondo, New Mexico. It wasn’t while it was being made, but during a repair.

@7:30 mins that little tank got popularity on the internet 1-2 years ago and a youtuber called "ConeOfArc" had a really funny video about finding it on streetview along with talking about the parts and its history. I believe the little tank got the nickname Tonk too.

I instantly recognized the Million Dollar Highway in SW Colorado and the Iron Mountain Rd in South Dakota. I've driven both of them in cars with Washington plates. Kootenay is a region in SE BC; there is no city with that name. The picture was in Nelson, one of the most picturesque towns in BC. "Roxanne" starring Steve Martin was filmed there in the 80s.

Melbourne location. Southern Cross Station is one of Melbourne's two main stations, and unlikely to be Sydney (NSW) as no yellow number plates.
