My VQ Retro Mini DIED! | Can I FIX It Properly This Time?

If at first you don't succeed and all that. Now we don't have any power at all in my View Quest Retro Mini... Let's see if I can get this working once and for all.

Great video, why not use a small brush to apply solder mask ?

Ever try using an alcohol wash to clean off the old flux? You will be able to detect cold solder joints more easily. Thanks for the content. Keep up the good work. בס'ד

Hi, can you repair myVQ Monty DAB Clock Radio? It's only 2 years old and suddenly stopped working! I tried with battery and the lead is working having tested it on another equipment. I don't want to dispose of it.

u can see broken traces right above the connector. scrape the traces and solder it , no jumpers needet! PS: a big boss would be gr8 for everyone of us

Yeah, I noticed the traces were broken but I thought I'd have more success running the jumpers. I'm happy enough with how it turned out, and it's still working a week or so later! 👍

Hey I saw your ps4 fix video you posted 7 months ago I’m having the same issue in the video I initialized it and was downloading an update and my ps4 turned itself off now when I go to initialize it no longer fixes the problem

You know what you are doing man. I got one of these used for like 40$ cad ?!??😊😊🦴😎 because it came up online here at 279$ so ok my thing works crappy. The bluetooth has this awful underlying buzz with like a high pitched zzzzzzzzz sound and humm, which needs a fixin and a fixin quick , 4 its peevin’ me off?!? Do you have any advice!?!?
