Little tip for anyone who finds this! If your curls/waves start going flat, styles aren’t holding anymore, and you cant figure out what to do; take a break from styling and just wash/condition then wear your hair up or in braids for a week or two. The next time you style again your ringlets will not only be tighter they will last much longer!! Sometimes hair needs more than just a clarifying wash day, it can take several washes over a week or two to really remove the buildup and just get the hair back to square one and ready for styling again.

Oh my gosh thank you thank you thank you! I have been dealing with this for months, and I've been so so upset and no matter how many times I've clarified it wouldn't do anything. I was just so confused, sad and hopeless. Then seeing this video and your comment I realized I've been testing out so many new products and just noticed my hair is still limp no matter how many different masks, gels, creams etc. I use. I've just been doing so much lately and really taking the 20 step routine to heart that I hadn't realized I was doing too much with my high porosity hair and needed to go back to step one.

My hair literally just became wavy with some spirals underneath.. So I’m still trying to figure out what to do with it.. Ugh.. Fine wavy 2b hair .. AND I have to wash it daily.. It’s only been a month, but it’s a bit frustrating when my hair goes flat within like 8 hours of drying.

Girl, I have always wondered why my hair was somehow wavy, but more frizzy than wavy. It wasn't until I found your videos that I learned how to properly care for wavy hair and realized that my hair is truly wavy and almost curly, and how good it can look with proper care and styling. Thanks to you, my hair looks like a million bucks. Forever grateful.

My problem is that I have really loose hair when it’s dry. It’s barely wavy. When I diffuse or when I air dry I get the same results, very lousy hair that barely wavy. When its extremely wet I have pretty clumps but they dying really fast when I start drying (air, hover/pixi diffuse). I tried a lot of products, different gels, mousse, foam, same result. When I break cast too. Tried a lot of technics... I’m in cgm/wgm for about a month now and not sure if I need to continue, maybe I’m just born with stupid hair 😂 But i would glad if you can recommend something 😮

She has a video on how to style the hair for a week on just one wash with tips on refresh and how to sleep 😴 at night without ruining your style , hope this helps ❤❤❤. Personally I put mine in a satin scrunchy and then lay it over my satin pillow case so am only laying on my underneath of my head . If you find your hair is dry and feels like it needs moisture try using a hair mask before shampooing I have silver/white bleached hair it’s almost waist length and I swear by this to get extra shine plus I use the same mask as my conditioner also it’s been a game changer for me and my hair. I use a hair brand called Dikson I use the mask for curly hair but any good hair mask would work. Hope this helps you . Here if you need anything 🥰

You should probably invest in a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner if not already. And then it's super important, after styling, NOT to touch your hair until fully dry. I know it's hard not to because it can take hours to air-dry. But, I also recommend investing in a continuous mist water bottle for daily refreshes. Use the cotton T-shirt or microfiber towel to scrunch. It makes a world of difference. And I like how India mentioned the tangle teezer. I need to get one. For combing in shower during conditioner phase. I know these things or lack of, contribute to the dry and frizzy hair. Hope you can heal your hair. I'm still on my journey too💜
