6:30 This is a valid safety issue at stoplights / stop signs because of people running the light or not stopping for the sign. I speak from personal experience - just a few months ago, I had nearly been T-boned by a Challenger running a red light, going 60. I stepped on the gas gently to get going when the lights turned green for me, and said Challenger flew by, missing my car by only a few feet. It ended up taking off the front end of another car to my right, but that could have easily been me. In other words, I think that front traffic detection is a good thing, although it could be tuned / adjusted to stop giving those false positives when you're at a light. Instead of giving those warnings when you're stopped, only activate the system and start monitoring for moving traffic when you take your foot off the brake and step on the gas.

Me too, I finally got my RX450h (2022) had to wait months for it to get its Mark Levinson chip. On the highway it gets 31 mpg (in cold weather!). City driving though is about 23mpg which is weird, you'd think the hybrid would do better in city driving. I have the Fsport/handling. Its actually quite fun to drive, smooth, quiet and everything I was expecting. I like having hard button controls, and I like its analog clock and CD player, I will use these. Also knowing I have the reliability of the tried and true V6. If the 500 F proves reliable over the next few years and they work out some of the tech bugs (like changing drive mode via multiple touch screens, that's crazy!), I may upgrade at that time but for now I'm so happy with my 2022.

I just recently bought the 2023 350 F sport (same thing just no hybrid powertrain). You have the ability to limit cross traffic assist in the menu of driver assists. Thanks for watching! I clarified a few seconds later that I was talking about the 350h, sorry if that wasn't clear. Volvo's PHEVs are somewhat competitors, but I didn't cover them because they're more expensive and there isn't really one that directly competes. The XC60 is considered a compact SUV and the XC90 is a midsize 3-row that's a good bit bigger than this. If you're willing to go up or down in size and don't mind paying more, the Volvos are great, they just don't handle as well. But having the electric range is definitely nice.
