MY WEEKLY TRAINING SPLIT - 10K PULL-UPS

This is going to be a new norm for me these days while prepping for the world record
10K pull-ups
6 hours at the gym
26 miles through the week (a bit light here)
Consistency and 100% effort as always.
When attempting to do things that have never been done you need to put in a crazy amount if work and be disciplined no matter how you feel on a certain day. It's not for everybody and that's okay. Nothing makes me happier than chasing goals and accomplishing them. Not sure what to do with my life if I don't have that.
Here are some discount codes from products that I take every single day to be the best I can:
20% OFF with "TRUETT" @ checkout for Kreatures of Habit overnight oats (30g of protein in a great tasting oatmeal), subscription being the best deal:
kreaturesofhab...
10% OFF with "TRUETT" @ checkout for Transparent Labs Supplements

Until next time. You know where to find me in the meantime

You are awesome man! You inspire me to be more positive. In 2023, I committed to do 50 pullups / 100 pushups / 100 sit-ups / 40 leg lifts + a 5k every day, and the results after a year of consistency was truly amazing. Even though I am not even close to your volume in pullups, these videos continue to inspire me to reach a little higher, as clearly amazing things are possible with consistency and a positive attitude! Keep it up Truett. I truly appreciate you!

You genuinly convinced me to start doing push and pull ups daily and boy have I noticed 😊. Not only for aesthetic purposes , also my fitness in running has improved also thanks to that , Amazing. Thank you.

Did some Murph workout too, but finishing around an hour mark is nothing special to me. Very motivating stuff, take a good care of yourself, so you can withstand all this workload man. Switch up your grip man, pronated, supinated, neutral (hammer), whichever is least painful. Also, how you hold the bar matters, if you put your thumb over or under. I tend to keep thumb over, as otherwise side skin is gone in no time. You'll find your variation, I'm sure. :)
