I have been exercising in the gym for about 4 years now, when I started the gym I was 65 kgs, within a year I happen to lose 10 kgs followed by homemade food, regular exercise and cut out on sugar, rice and any junk food... Again somehow I didn't happen to go to the gym for about a year and again I regained weight, reason being no exercise and eating junk often... I just somehow now again joined the gym and realised that weight loss shouldn't be instant, slow and steady wins the race.. if you want to lose weight and still feel flourished healthy with glowing skin and healthy hair then have patience... instant is never good.. Now I'm drinking overnight soaked ajwain and meethi dana empty stomach first in the morning, exercise and no junk and sugar that sit.. easily within a month I lost 3 kgs in a healthy manner..

Determination bht zaruri hai. Usse hi kaphi acche results mile. Secondly, junk ko dheere dheere eleminate krne ki koshish kr rhi hu. Even When I have it, I tend to take very less. For example, only 1 slice of pizza. Thirdly, portion control. Very important. Taking only 1 proper serving. Dusre teesre baar lene ki zarurat nhi hoti, woh dimaag kehta hai, stomach nahi. Fourthly, More veggies and fruits very important. Plus, Morning me 2 glass luke warm water me half a lemon. It doesn't suit everyone though. So you can just have plain lukewarm water. Fifthly, I loved eating namkeen, bhujia ,mathri n all. wo sb bhi bht kamm kr diya hai. Purane din yaad zarur aate hain but naye dino me jo lightness, weight loss , healthy living aur purane kapde fit hone ki khushi hai, wo saare efforts worth it bana deti hai :) So stop thinking and start living healthy by eating healthy. Wow! What an amazing transformation and motivation! I was 65 kgs for so many years, and wanted to reduce to 45 kgs. This year my weight increased to 69 kgs 😔 My height is also 5’2”, just like you. Losing weight at this height and weight is SO HARD! So I can understand how much hard work you did. Because of our height, we cannot eat too many calories, because our TDEE is very low, and need a lot of exercise, like you did! Amazing work! 👏👏👏

You are right, fiber is super important. Yes protein is important, but fiber is extremely necessary to keep our diet sustainable. When you try to eat less, and only eat fined carbs, and not carbs that are fiber rich, you don’t feel full, and become hungry again. It gets very difficult to stay on the diet the whole day. It feels like a punishment, as though you have to stay super hungry all day. Fiber really helps, because it reduces your glucose spike, and hence your glucose won’t dip as much causing you to be hungry. Fiber digests slowly, and also helps with overall digestion and nutrient absorption.
