Poha and upma is no way fermented. Im a south Indian and this is our staple. Dosa and idly I agree. We make atleast 25 varieties of dosa...all.need not have rice and urad dal in them. Upma and poha being fermented is very wrong information you are giving.

Normal diet you reduce calories or intermittent dieting, exercise etc. But Anti inflammatory diet is inflammation in your body with bad food processed for. It can ne due to medical issies like me or sedentary body because you dont walk or anything. Due to my illness i have this reason as i have cancer. I also have anxiety dehydration .... these all cause inflammation so we meed a diet that stops inflammation

Anti inflammatory diet is eliminating all foods that causes inflammation to your body, and is not a generalized plan. You have to do a blood test to check which foods dont suit you. But if you want something more generalized, then just eliminate, all dairy, sugar, processed, maida and gluten. Also try to stick to a veg based diet as much as possible and you will more or less have an anti inflamatory diet
