Assalam o alaikum Zainab I wana share my diet plan with you please guide me if I am eating anything wrong I am doing intermittent fasting I started my day with warm water at 12 (breakfast) one slice of brown bread with veggie egg (lunch)at 3 cucumber and onion raita at 5 One glass of milk (dinner )at 7 70 gram roti with any salan fennel seeds water at night 30 minutes walk+10 minutes exercise daily can I lose weight by following this diet plan
