Absolutely correct! wen we start stepping into 40’s… body and mind faces lot of challenges… even I’m a yoga lover .. though I go thru few health issues I try to keep myself active and wen u post these relative videos it makes us more rejuvenating…👍👍

Compared to our parents, we are facing a lot of challenges while handling our own byproduct: OUR KIDS. Their NO NONSENSE ATTITUDE AND THE GENERATION GAP confuses us( THE MOTHERS) a lot. Neither we can let of our beliefs nor can we accept on they want to learn n follow.

Yes I too have thyroid so always my weight reduction will be slow..but i lost around 5kgs moreover weight loss is not my target
