as someone who has anorexia and exercise addiction this video was the most untriggering weight loss video❤ it just proves you can do it healthily and has motivated me to push further in my recovery to get back to loving exercise again like i did before🥰🥰

I'm so proud of where you've become and if you want to lose weight then it's down to you but do what makes you happy and don't worry about anyone's opinions because they will always judge and there will always be someone who has something to say x

I never comment on videos, but I have to be honest as someone a bit older than yourself I was really worried about what this could be promoting to younger viewers going through changes in their body with puberty/hormones etc. as I know KZbin and TikTok can be really dangerous for that kind of thing, but I have been so pleasantly surprised, this video has one of the healthiest approaches to weight loss I have ever seen on KZbin, this is amazing, keep doing what you're doing! xx

So glad your journey is healthy and happy, also love how you don't use the scales, because muscell weighs more than fat, so the scale could go up but body could be getting leaner etc xx

congrats Holly, had noticed how great u are looking. youved done so well, glad u are happy and feeling great. being someone who has struggled and hated my weight for 30 years, trust me its not a great way to live life, always stressing over it. would be my one wish to have never had weight fluctuations. I lose inches before I ever lose weight on the scale and it always bothers me so much because when i was over 250lbs stepping on the scale once a week and seeing the number drop made me want to keep going. Now my clothes get loose but the scale doesn't move. So now I track my progress with clothes and a measuring tape. I'm not using weights, but from using resistance bands and increasing the time/reps for ab workouts has helped me go from a medium to a small and firm up my bum, but I'm still 175 😮‍💨

I count calories as well and take walks 4-5 times a week. I have one cheat meal a week. Lately I have had some binges and struggling a bit. However I lost over 62 lbs in about 10½ months. Still like 18 to go for a good weight/look/BMI

Did you use things like protein shakes anything like that? You should be proud of how far you’ve come on my journey now it would be nice to get some tips xx

If you want to look toned, protein goals each day are important. People generally measure protein, carbs and fats and make sure their calorie intake is in a deficit rather than surplus. Deficit will lose weight and surplus will continually gain wait as it isn’t burnt off. People call it calories in vs out. I recommend gainsbybrains - she’s great. Same with Natacha oceane. Protein will make you feel satiated/full and will also help tone because muscles need it to grow. I prefer eating my protein than shakes because I like a whole food diet and have trouble digesting shakes, but many people enjoy the shakes to help meet daily protein goals. Tracking macros/cals can be triggering for some if they have eating disorders, but for me (I binge eat) it’s like budgeting and I find it helpful to have boundaries and not eat junk everyday, but whole foods so I get all my macros and micros (vitamins and minerals).
