People constantly misunderstand the purpose of PSA grading, so I'm glad that Charlie was finally able to clarify that PSA is a test of durability. A 4 means the card can withstand low caliber bullets, a 5 is medium to high calibur, 6 is small yield explosives, and so on until 10, in which the card displays regenerative properties.

Well actually they get to write the purchases off on their taxes, and the singles recuperate much of the investment. Rather than being analogous to a common drug end-user, Charlie is much like the drug middleman, Uncle Chuey, if you will. Also, obviously they make money from people watching, and people love card pulls; they are likely profiting from buying the rare boxes, which means that they make better use of them than others could, unless they collect sealed, which means the cards are coming home tto Daddy, in a way =P
