Very interesting to speculate if the German Revolution had succeeded. The Spartacists and the Communists almost succeeded in deposing the government, but were of course brought down because of the Weimar Republic utilizing war veterans in the Freikorps and the military.

The treaty with Poland was against GERMAN agression. So the Soviets attacking Poland would not have triggered a War with Britain and France. It would have been free real estate.

@Adolf Hitler war would end in Berlin in 1942-43, or, more realistically, couldn't started. But if war ended in 1942, there would be Soviets vs Allies scenario in 1942, with not defeated Japan. This is interesting, Allies in 1942 weren't much powerful as in 1945.

I think a few of these could be combined to make a very interesting scenario. You could have a dictatorial EU dominated by Germany trying to retake all European colonies. Apparently in the bible (revelations I think) it talks about a 'new roman empire' that will take Israel after other powers had just recently won and lost it. The details are very vague so it could easily be adopted as you want and gives the scenario more credibility.

My favorites are: Communist Germany in WW2 (perhaps the Soviet Union would have defeated Poland in 1920, causing Germany to turn communist as well, maybe even France? Communist Continental Europe against the rest of the world?) How Japan could have won WW2 Germany and Russia together in 1914 (Schlieffen plan against Austria-Hungary?) One historical event for which I have never seen an alternate history scenario is: "Pontiac's Rebellion." Specifically, what if the rebellion included the majority of Eastern North American tribes as active participants? For anyone not familiar with Pontiac's Rebellion, it was a Native American uprising which occurred during the 1760s. What makes this incident unique is that it was not just a single tribe. Several tribes banded together, but nowhere near what was intended. The plan was for all the tribes to unite as a single confederation to drive out the Europeans.

Then we know Russia had an good relationship with the union at this time. It would be interesting to see who would win, or how it could have evolved into an world war.

Poland that would join the Axis is a very interesting and overlooked topic. Operation Barbarossa would look much different (Germany would have a million more Polish soldiers, no partisans that are burdensome for the Germans in Poland, and the front itself would start further). I think it would be interesting. Surprisingly, it could change a lot more on the Eastern Front. with the western front, it's difficult to say what it might look like. Would the British have won the Battle of Britain without Polish support? I don't know, but it could be touched. Besides, for example, breaking the German Enigma code would take much longer, which would also have an impact on the front. Perhaps the Western Allies would still win, but without the USSR, because it could have fallen because of too much advantage of the Axis forces. that's my suggestion 😅

I have some new ideas for what if projects: 1. What if Julius Caesar was not assassinated by his colleagues in the Senate and remained in power of ruling Rome? Would he turn Rome into an empire? How about the interaction of Rome under his rule with Ptolemaic Egypt? What about the reforms Julius Caesar would do for Rome? 2. What if Aztec Empire in middle America (main successor of Classical Mayan states) survived and repelled Spanish attacks, and tried to reach industrialization? (You can think of Aztec empire unify Mexico and all middle America, and try to bargain with western powers) 3. What if Ottoman Turkish Empire had a successful reform in 18th century and didn't collapse? Maybe industrialized and with army as strong as USSR? (An Islamic World except Iran, Afghanistan unified under one empire, and respect Turkish Sultan as Caliph) 4. What if Gorbaschev made successful economic reforms in 1980s and pulled out of Afghanistan earlier in our timeline (suppose 1987), and turned Soviet Union into Socialist Market Economy similar to Deng Xiao Ping's reform of China, and prevented the collapse of Soviet Union? You can think of the conflicts of Yugoslavia, Iraq, Israel, the political unrest in Eastern Europe, and space race in this timeline. 5. What if Rome was like China? This means that in this alternative timeline, Rome (whether a republic or an empire) established a common cultural pattern (with mixture of different sources of culture) from Italian Peninsula, Greek states, Egypt, North Africa, and maybe Mesopotamia, just like Alexander the Great's cultural unification. If you understand history of ancient China, you would know that the origin of China was tens of thousands of small states including cities and nomadic tribes; they fought endlessly until one state was strong enough and capable to reach unification. Since Western Zhou Dynasty (1046BCE), Zhou wen wang (king wen of Zhou) and his son Zhou wu wang (king wu of Zhou) defeated the ruthless, corrupted Shang dynasty and made every feudal, city and nomadic states submit to him; however, submission does not mean controlling them brutally by force, Zhou wen wang actually displayed that he was tolerant on different cultural habits of these states (as long as they don't rebel), and didn't force them with totally cultural assimilation, with this strategy and his capability, Zhou wen wang and Zhou wu wang was able to establish a feudal dynasty based on patriarchal rules with different origins of people regarding him as "king, son of heaven". From this time on, China was collapsed into several smaller states several times (see the history of Later Han and Three Kingdoms, Collapse of Western Jin, Decline of Tang Dynasty and five dynasties, ten kingdoms, invasion of Mongolia, and the demise of Qing Dynasty, Civil wars of modern China) but the cultural spirit of "China" among the Chinese people was never disappeared. Since China from Western Zhou created a country much larger than other western or Mesopotamian states, even the outsiders (like Xianbei, Jurchen (Manchuria and Great Qing), and Mongolians) conquered China, they still had to adopt Chinese cultures and laws so they could rule the country, and Yuan Dynasty actually did this. What if Rome established this kind of cultural entity, whether Huns, Germans, Anglo Saxons or even Vikings invade Rome, societies of Rome were still strong enough to make them rule like what ancient Rome did, so Rome would not disappear despite several "collapses" of dynasties?

Communist Star Wars- The "Red" Galaxy: What if Palpatine, Darth Vader, maybe other Jedis decided not to establish Galactic Empire, but to start a proletariat revolution to establish Galactic Socialist Republic? First, Darth Vader killed leaders of CIS, and control the machine army of CIS. Second, Palpatine announced the bill to organize "Grand Army of the Republic" consisted of clones by manipulating two sides (Republic vs CIS). The speech of Palpatine at the Senate changes to "......The Republic will be reorganized into the Galactic Socialist Republic. For a more equal and prosperous proletariat society." They would try to abolish slavery in local star systems and control everything, the Senate will be reorganized into National People's Congress and become one-party state, and a proletariat revolution of the Galaxy started. Instead of disarming the CIS machine army, Darth Vader restarts the factories of these robots and reintegrates these robots into Grand Army of Republic, and train some clones as communist commissars to command the robots. The Galactic Civil War breaks out....... (Communist Government vs Rebellion to restore the Republic) Clones + Machines + Darth Vader + Communist Government vs Rebellion + Jedi remnant + local star system resistance. 7. Alternate Matrix- the Matrix with Alien Invasion: If you watched the movie trilogy "The Matrix" and its animated series "Animatrix-the Second Renaissance", it assumes that human in 21st century created advanced robots to replace most of the tedious and time consuming jobs. The world was once in an extreme economic boom and was way more prosperous than the world in our timeline, until one thing happened: The AI robot be treated like slaves and people take "robots should always be slaves" as granted. However, AI robots gain smarter and smarter and evolved consciousness and self-awareness; since a robot numbered as B166ER being treated as slave (or you can say a tool) and tortured by its master, it murders its master and is captured by police (it seems that his master is American if you watch second renaissance). Then Million Machine March starts as a large-scale demonstration in everywhere of the world, and is brutally suppressed by armies from each country. The UN make a bill which condemns people supporting the machine's rights of being a human from human regimes. Many robots are destroyed, and the remnants of machines moved to the place close to Iraq to establish "Robot Nation-Zero One", they created collective consciousness and grew very fast into a powerful country by producing extremely low-price products, and major powers of human countries start to embargo everything from Zero-One, like western countries do to Russia now in our timeline. Zero-One sends robotic ambassadors to UN addressing exchange conditions: let Zero-One be a country recognized by UN, Zero-One will stay at current state, and provide cheap goods and services for humans as long as humans don't pick up conflicts against robots; UN rejects, and expulses Zero-One ambassadors. The conflicts between humans and Zero-One become more and more severe, and become a war. UN makes a resolution: nuke Zero-One, and numerous nuclear bombs strikes Zero-One, but the robots were not eradicated and rebuilt their robot army in a fast pace, and start revenge against humans. Ultimately, UN surrenders and all humans are either dead or captured by machines. Machines set up a large system called "the Matrix", putting every captured humans (alive) inside life maintaining pods, and connect their brains through neural wires to the computer of Matrix, simulating a 21st-century world to make these people "believe" they still live in normal world. However, the Matrix still has systematic flaws, and a small number people will either feel strange or have problems living in this fake world, and try to escape. Machines know that no matter how they try, some people must be detached from the system so the system will not collapse. They let some people out and these people created Zion city underground. The movie mainly focus on the conflicts between oracle, neo, Zion and machines (Zero-One), but what if an advanced alien approaches and invades Earth in this world, what will Zero-One do? How will people of Zion react?

Another interesting idea is what if the Fashoda incident between France and British Empire in 1898 turned into a full war. It would probably end up in USA, France, Russia, Ottoman Empire vs UK, German Empire, Austria-Ungary, Greece, Italy, and probably Japan also It would be interesting to investigate this because USA was not nearly as strong in 1898 and could maybe have been invaded

Hey zvallid, try to make a video where Germany, Italy, and Axis power invade the Soviet Union in December 1962, and US, under McCarthy, with Japan, under Emperor Hirohito invade the PRC, in October 1964 to help the Axis power. And the Vietnam War was fought by the US, Empire of Japan, Nazi Germany, and other Axis power. And then, the WW3, but the Brits assist the Communist bloc. And the US would help the Axis power by invading Siberia in somewhere like May 1965. Another idea, make a video where the Confederate States of America(CSA) rise again in the modern era, alongside the Republic of Vietnam(South Vietnam). Overall, great work. I can see him creating a strange type of American style fascism which is still somewhat democratic (or maybe closer to Mexico under PRI). Italy and France against Japan in World War II. I think France is very much underestimated because of its early fall. I think it might have potential. Peace with Germany after Dunkirk. No Operation Barbarossa. In 1940, Japan invades Indochina. Then the Italian bases in China.

I have 2 scenario suggestions: It's a bit difficult to apply to historical reality, but what if Japan decoded the communication codes of America and Germany decoded the communication codes of England, i.e. the opposite of real history. The first thing that comes to my mind is the successful attack on Pearl Harbor, the battle of Midway, the battle of Kursk would have been different. It would have been better for the Axis in North Africa. Maybe the attack on Toronto would have been less harmless for Italy. The other is that after the battle of Khankil Gol, Hitler thought Japan was a weak ally and went for the Soviet Union. The Soviet demands are largely accepted and the Soviets enter the Axis pact. Stalin then sets his sights on Manchuria and thus on Japan (he may invade Iran and Iraq, but no further). On August 9, 1941, he launched a sudden attack on Manchuria. Then, for some reason (maybe a German submarine could hit a US ship) the US enters the war. Britain, Japan and the US against Germany, the Soviet Union and Italy on the other side. I hope I wasn't too ridiculous :D
