I think some people here don't watch the full episode. Is pretty clear that the women has a psychological disorder and the husband already said THEY VISITED A PSYCHIATRIST AND COUNSELOR when the host ADVISED them to look for professional help. Some people don't understand that the purpose of this show is just to bring awareness and make people think about it and help them a bit is not a treatment or anything like that , please watch again.

@@scapesdream513 No, it is not. However, it is not a program designed to show them giving professional help. Since it is broadcasted nationally, it brings a lot of awareness and exposure. E.g. the episode with the blue-eyed child. The mother spoke about how her situation changed; and the episode itself gave strength and hope to other mothers with children with that disorder. Apparently, they do refer participants to professional help, though. But it is kept light-hearted so people watch, and thus offers more exposure. I'm sure people that come here know this already, that it's primarily about exposure and not to give professional advice. It's been running for so long that I'm sure participants who send in concerns are aware of this. And these are well known comedians. Comedians. I don't know a great deal about what goes on behind the scenes, but I remember a post on Korean forum where a participant shared her experience, and she shared that the show did refer her and her family to professional help at the conclusion of the show.

@@user-ss5je2pw3j Finally someone said something that always in my mind whenever people complain about this show. Like you said, people who come here thay said their concerns was the one willingly did. Not the other around, like some entertainment company who cast people on the street to say their concern on the show. It's not like that.

If the wife doesn't keep her word to change after the treatment, the husband, unfortunately, will have to divorce her and take the children for his own sanity, health and happiness and theirs as well. I mean... $200K?!?! And she's too prideful to apologize for something he has to pay back when he hand nothing to do with it in the first place?!?! Throughout the entire thing she kept this incredulous expression on her face like everyone else was the problem and she was perfectly fine. God bless that man for lasting this long. I, personally, could not and would not have stayed.

I'm glad that the husband has tried to do so much for his wife and their kids, getting them the help that they need, not dismissing therapy or visiting psychiatrists. Really a guy who just wants things to be resolved in a way that is sensitive to finding out the root of a problem vs just being forceful about it.

This is also a prime example of the need to use condoms when dating. Only knew each other for 7 months and had to marry because of pregnancy. If he used a condom he could have dated her longer and got to see this side of her BEFORE deciding whether or not to marry her.

Sorry but Korean culture and western culture are different. I’m half Korean and half black. Koreans have this weird habit of saying I love you on day three of dating. It’s not just about him marrying her for the baby. In the Korean culture people get married as little as three months. I was born in Korea but than moved to the us when I was three and went back and forth my whole life. One time I went on a date and this guy confessed his love for me after a week. I was confused and found out that’s normal. Also Koreans are known for not using condoms. But they also have one of the highest abortion rates.

It's not just the OCD thing, but also the financial thing!!!! She has many issues that she's clearly not accepting. The first step is always acceptance, no matter if you go to a psychiatrist or not. SMH. The husband is way too nice. He's even now suffering from depression and panic disorder and she still doesn't get it! He's one of the few that actually reached out for professional help. She just has no will to change her ways.

Also, watch the show before commenting dumb crap. This show is about showing the issues not being the main source of help and resolving for the ppl that come on. Most that come on here have already tried professional help, like this lady , but haven't gotten to resolving the issue with the person who needs help. This show also shows ppl who can't see the problem with what they are constantly doing SEE that they're putting others in a hard position. Bc guess what? You need to see that you have a problem before being able to get professional help or it's not going to work.

No matter how clean you are, you aren't germ free. Yes, she has OCD but at the same time she needs to learn to communicate with her husband and understand him. You have caused your family to go into debt, understand that it is an issue and learn to be a supporting hand to your husband in paying it off. Don't be a couch and not move. The fact that she acted like it was no big issue is sad. You are lucky to have him. Like they say, you don't know what you have until its gone. Ps. who knows if there was any news from the previous sexual child abuse episode?

I know that it's a fear and she's now living in the mindset of 'it MUST be clean', but she should be understanding about her husband's point of view. since i don't know what it's like to have a big phobia, i won't say anything else but: people reading this, be aware that she can't control her phobia of germs, but she does understand the impact this has on her family.

Idk if you are a psychologist, psychiatrist, or psych student so if you are I defer to that knowledge! but if not I can tell you as someone with OCD that OCD is not *just* about specific obvious patterns so she may very well have OCD. It CAN be like that - wiping everything down 5 times diagonally or she has to start again - but it's not always like that. It could also, as you say, be germophobia- a severe case of either one of them either way. That could be treated if she was willing to get treated. Because her husband is right, she needs to have the will to change if. All the doctors in the world can't help her unless she chooses to trust at least one person. I'm mainly curious as to where this all came from, if there was something at home that happened to make her fear so much and need so much control. Pregnancy and childbirth clearly exacerbated it but if she was like this before....it's curious.

Believe me when I say that participants are aware that they are not going to receive professional help here, and submit concerns for the awareness and exposure. It's only on KZbin internationally but it's on NATIONAL TV in Korea. It's a platform to bring awareness to issues. If it was serious, nobody would watch it. They apparently refer serious cases to professional help, from a post I read on a Korean platform, but the main aim of the show is not to offer professional help.

This woman is the most selfish person I have ever seen or heard in my entire life...she is sooo unlogical. She is really lucky to have such a good and understanding person as her husband that man is simply an anjel.....it’s rarely to see someone who can tolerate that bullshit to that extent, Tanzanians men can’t even tolerate your period mood swings lol 😂
