Hey Ross! Channel is shaping up very nicely. Anytime I'd go inside when BBQing, my Cairn Terrrier (JediMaster Willy-Gilly) would guard the grill because it was the place where bacon came from. Store bought condiments are VERY salty (especially when reduced). Take the time to do a low sodium scratch marinade.

Your brisket looked great for the first try. I only season mine with corse black pepper and kosher salt and it’s always a crowd pleaser. You are correct on the need to trim, too much fat won’t render and just gets in the way. Loved the video, keep it up!!

For your fish in the zen garden, put a 1x1 clip down there and then clip the fish into it. It’ll look like they’re swimming around then, that’s what I did and I looks so good!

Char griller all the way!! Like others have said, a good trim will help out with most of any issues you have. Meat Church Holy Cow and Holy Gospel are good ribs for brisket too. Nice video through and through.

Not bad for your first brisket. When I do my briskets some people may not agree with me but here goes…. Living in Texas I purchase a super trimmed brisket from HEB. You may have seen them. Some people may think it’s too lean but I like a lean brisket. Sometimes I pull the super trimmed brisket out of the wrapper, season it with rub and smoke it. It’s very lean so you must be careful not to smoke it too high or for too long. As for a good rub… I find the Buc-ees brisket a very good rub. Keep up the good work. Hope this helps and good luck.

@@MrSaurusOfficial True it does cost more per pound but you do not have the trim lost and the time you spend trimming the brisket. But smoking a brisket takes practice. Good luck.

A way to coonect downtown and uptown ladyburg is to make a highway type of road or a winding road to the park, as well as bike lanes. For uptown ladyburg it would be cool to make similar to irl main street of a neighborhood or city that has cafes, bars, pizza ships etc. Great retired sets haul, wish i could have been by brickworld. I did go to a second hand Lego store for the first time not too long ago, it was awesome! I picked up some ultra agents sets and amd the old lego sports soccer stadium for good prices The mic on the hat is a great idea, what mic is it? I would want to get it. Also your videos are great quality.
