John Meadows is an American professional bodybuilder and entrepreneur with an intriguing story. While John now boasts a successful career as an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and fitness company owner, his journey towards the top was extremely difficult.
Growing up, John never met his father, and his mother died at an extremely young age. This meant John only had his grandmother to take care of him. When his grandmother tragically passed away in 1999, John was left alone without his family to support him.
As the years went by, John continued to face new adversities in his life. During his early days in bodybuilding, John suffered from a rare colon disease. After fighting the disease for several months, his colon burst - almost resulting in his death. Luckily, John was quickly rushed to an emergency room where his life was saved. After several months of recovery, John was finally back on his feet.
Coming back into bodybuilding, John used the very obstacles that almost cost him his life as ‘fuel’ to grow stronger. Ever since he recovered from the colon surgery, John has gone on to become a successful bodybuilder, entrepreneur, and inspiration for many people all over the world.

Funny, I just bought another load of supplements to restock my stack, so to speak: DIM complex and Stinging Nettle Root for hormonal health and Curcumin (+Black Pepper extract) as an anti-inflammatory. Besides that I always take extra Vitamin C, Omega 3 from fish oil (I usually have daily capsules, but sometimes a good mouthful from the bottle to break my intermittent fast), 4000 IU of Vitamin D3 (especially now in Winter), magnesium, and I also take half a serving of multivitamins and multiminerals as a sort of baseline to keep me fairly saturated with micronutrients regardless of what I eat and do. And because of you I also drink EAAs with every workout. :)

Hey John, I have a question for you about training splits and wanted to know your take on it. Would you recommend hitting each muscle group once a week at 4-5 exercises or 2x a week at 2-3 exercises? For example: Say you can work out M-F only. On Monday you do Chest & back, Tuesday shoulders, Wed abs, traps and forearms, Thurs is bi's & tri's and Friday is legs. Now you do 4-5 exercises for the larger muscles like chest, back, quads, & shoulders. And you do 2-3 exercises for the smaller muscle groups. Each exercise consists of 4-5 sets including 3 working sets. Now the other option would be to hit each muscle twice a week by doing chest, bi's and tri's on monday and thursday. Back, legs, and shoulders on tuesdays and fridays keeping wednesday the same as it was. The only catch with hitting them 2x a week is that instead of 4-5 exercises, you can only do 2-3 due to time constraints but the sets and reps remain the same. What do you think would see better results? Keep in mind, I have been training for 15+ years and am currently on TRT.

Hey John, I have a question for you concerning sarms and trt. Now I know sarms (speaking of rad140 for this case) suppresses natural test production. However, what if you are getting your test from trt? Being that the test is from an outside source, would your test levels be higher on trt and rad140 vs just trt via blood tests? I'm trying to figure out if i'll get a very false reading of my trt test levels if i run rad140 for 8 weeks prior to my blood test. As a disclaimer, I am not seeking medical advice and this scenario is fictional and for entertainment only.
@mountaindog1
@mountaindog1 4 жыл бұрын
if on HRT dose only they should be good, I havent worked with anyone using rad140 for a long period of time, so I don't know if it would cause more suppression on a test...my best guess is maybe a little. If you take your doses way up eventually you'll get super low readings as your own system will shut down - this is how people get scripts. hint hint
@jamieryan8328
@jamieryan8328 4 жыл бұрын
@@mountaindog1 thanks John. I have auto immune diseases that caused my hypogonadism so my normal test production has be compromised for a long time. I have a Rx for test and i subq inject every Monday and Thursday. On my current protocol, my test levels are high normal and steady. So if your body has already shut down its own test production, I'm assuming RAD140 wouldn't have anything to suppress and shouldn't effect my test levels from my outside source such as trt. My urologist is very knowledgeable, however, he is unfamiliar with SARMS for the most part. I just don't want him seeing my labs in a month while on rad140 and change my trt dosage due to the rad140 changing my externally sourced test levels. Oops, sorry for the story, but I do value your opinion as you are one of the most honest and straight forward guys out there.

I think a good quality protein powder won’t need digestive enzymes to go along with it 🤷🏻‍♂️. Like if the protein powders require digestive enzymes so what about eating real chicken or beef or drinking milk!!?
@mohannadabozeid1660
@mohannadabozeid1660 4 жыл бұрын
Your arguments doesn’t seem to make sense for me. What digestive enzymes are naturally occurring in milk and chicken or beef that has been removed in the production process of the protein powder!? What concentration of protein are you talking about ( about 25g per scoop)? Do you even know how much protein in 100 g of cooked chicken breast? Much more!
