Hang in there and give the Wellbutrin time to work! Need at least 2 weeks to begin to start to see a difference… praying for you!

Did not listen this video, but withdrawing from social media was exactly what I thought would be a right step to take. The other one would be seeking a confessor/ Spiritual Father.

wellbutrin changed my life so much, it was essentially a miracle medication for me. i hope it works for you, praying for you

Social media creators should also remember that many viewers develop a real sense of connection with certain creators over a period of years and feel a major sense of loss when they disappear.

That’s fair. I think it’s hard to balance the reality with the social media world which, for some people, is the totality of their reality… But I don’t think we were created to be that way. However, I do appreciate this comment and it helps me think outside of my own box of how I operate.

Happy late birthday! Believe me all that anger and stress and frustration are more related to social media than what you think they are. I went through it myself and yes withdrawals are bad that’s why it’s better to cut off from the roots. For me face book was the worst
