when i was a kid, maybe around 8-10y/o, i kinda have these doubts on the Catholic Church. i was not well catechized and have not read the whole Bible. but then in front of the altar, before the Holy Mass starts, i said to the Lord, "i am doubting our Church Lord. but if i leave, where shall i go?" thank You God. You have guided me, held unto me, and never let me fall astray. 🙏✝️

Your teaching on this topic reminds me of one of my favorite songs "Jesus, you have the words of everlasting life, to whom shall we go...?"

Believe in the word, and go spread it to others in order to plant seeds for the Harvest.

Thank you very much, Jeff, this was a magnificent explaining of the very hard truth that the and the disciples of Jesus had to face. It is so much easier for us with advanced teaching started at an early age to accept it and explained it so I listen to you every single day and I never walk away without some knowledge.

This is the part that I stumble over as a Protestant considering the claims and realities and beauties... and inconsistencies of the Catholic faith. "Where are you going to go that you can receive the body, blood, soul, and divinity of Jesus?" saying that the key is the eucharist... and then immediately quotes that Peter himself is declaring that it's Jesus' words that give life.

And His Word was that unless we consume His flesh and drink His blood we have no life

I don’t understand totally but I believe Jesus. Nothing is impossible w/God. I’m just grateful He chose elements that we all eat & drink to change. I would encourage you to explore the miracles of the Eucharist. Argentina, Italy… But most of all, think about are you limiting God? Saying He can’t do this? Jesus did not say it is just a symbol or re-enactment. He was clear & didn’t back down. We consume Him & His Word. It is a mystery but one I’m willing to take in Faith.
