A much cheaper alternative to spending all that money on acoustic foam pads is that you cover the walls with curtains. Hang them up about 4 inches from the wall and it's much cheaper and works much better

I just started the video, but I noticed you went with a lot of diffusion to cancel out some of the reverberation. If you put carpet in that room, or a big ass rug in the middle of your reflection point, you'll see a big difference in that room as well (I noticed you have a cement floor)
