You can get around the search suppression by adding the keyword/s to a packaging that shows on the image together with the product. Hope this helps!

I'm asking because my main image is showing up smaller in search results on mobile than my competitors. I'm also using an image that's 2000x2000 pixels. Thank you for the video, Steven! Could you please answer 1 question? Do you know how many characters can be used in bullet points for the fashion category? No article clearly states that. At Seller Central I can add up to 700 per bullet but in the flat file (for the same category) it says 100 characters per bullet max. So confused at this point.

Quick question, when it comes to adding keywords to Alt text, what is the strategy? different keywords for each image? Repeat the main keywords in each image? What about if you have variations, would you repeat the same keywords in the images for each variation? Great video by the way. I have added a keyword into my main image, we will see how it goes.

@andiofski2653 - Amazon definitely is strict on that. I've worked in the automotive/powersports industry on amazon for 5 years and that category requires a front facing photo of the product only, outside of its packaging, on a completely white background and no drop shadows. You also cannot have text, logos, graphics, other accessories etc showing in the main image. Otherwise they'll suppress the listing for a non-complaint main image and will not reinstate it until a compliant main image is uploaded. I'm sure the requirements are different across product categories. Hope this helps.

@@lindseylichtscheidl4868 Yes they are strict on main image. Dont fall for this .. Its a waste and easy way to make $200. Look at the comments and reply from other people here . If the image did not work you get a response - it may be restrictive category!
