9:01 In Yangon, I think they called it Nan (width - size, not so sure) Gyi( big) Toke (salad), yes..that is the right choice to try it. 10:25 Tet Nay Wun (Rising Sun). 18:26 - the green vegetable name, I guess- Kite - (bite) Lan (bent) because it is so fresh and crispy and when you bite it, it will bend, the way they are naming is very creative :)
